The Nelmonger’s infamous tubthumping career began
many decades ago in the once famous The Whistling Dinkies (famous in Shap
any road).
Since those lofty days, the man’s signature
rat-a-tat-tat has been heard for many local artists including the now Barra
based Off The Record, Branded (wrghoo?) and last and least, honorary Uncle
Sir Barrington of Swannack’s Ferrari-wannabees, the Ferraris.
Along with majorette keyboard king Howie and axeman Stef, Nelly is the last surviving founder member of this mighty
mobile disco tribute you find before you.
